The School’s Health and Physical Education programme is a modern, comprehensive curriculum which emphasizes on a holistic concept of health. Physical Education is an avenue for encouraging students to participate in appropriately designed activities to develop their physical fitness, health, and gross motor skills. The curriculum designed focuses on teaching students the value of sportsmanship, independence, self-efficacy, resilience, emotional intelligence, and develop their behaviors of healthy active living.
